잠 문답

이드냥 블로그에서 업어온 문답입네다. 문답 오랜만이네...

1. 잠자는 곳은?
- 내 방의 침대. 요즘 침대 매트리스 상태가 너무 안 좋아서 불편. ㅜ_ㅜ

2. 누구와 자는가?
- 우리집 고양이랑.

3. 잠버릇은?
- 흠... 특별히 잠버릇이라고 할 만한 것이 있는지는 잘... 물론 있긴 있겠지만; 스스로 인식은 못하고 있어요. 뭐 아는 거라곤 이불 차는 거? 그정도.

4. 자면서 울어본적은?
- 어렸을 때 누군가 떠나는 꿈을 꿔서 운 적이 있어요.

5. 최장 몇시간까지 자봤는가?
- 17시간? 자고 나니 몸이 더 아프더라는. -_-

6. 자주 꾸는 꿈은?
- 자연재해, 쫓기는 꿈, 지각하는 꿈, 고양이를 줍는 꿈 (-.-), 그 밖에 여러가지... 확실한 건 좋은 꿈은 거의 없었습니다. 이상하거나, 아니면 안 좋거나. -.-

7. 필요한 이불은 몇개?
- 밑에 깔고 자는 이불 하나랑 덮는 이불 하나. 여름에는 덮는 이불은 필요 없을 때도 있어요.

8. 필요한 베개는 몇개?
- 무조건 1개 이상 -.-;;; 머리가 무겁기 땜시 받쳐줘야 함.

9. 평소 몇시에 자는가?
- 11시 30분~12시 30분.
- '자야할 시간'이라는 게 있는 것 같아요. 2시 넘어가면 정신은 탁해지는데 잠은 못 자는 사태가 발생함. 그렇게 되면 다음날 피곤하고 기분은 왕 저조하고... 그렇게 됩니다. 전 잠을 잘 잤느냐, 못 잤느냐에 따라 다음날 컨디션이 확 변하는 타입입니다.

10. 잠잘때 꼭 필요한 3가지는?
- 귀마개. 귀마개가 없으면 휴지로라도 귀를 막습니다. 보기완 다르게(-.-) 제가 잘 때만큼은 소리에 예민해지는지라... 게다가 고등학교 때부터 귀마개 끼고 자서, 이젠 그냥 버릇이 됐습니다. 안 끼면 괜히 초조하고 그렇다능...

11. 알람은 몇시?
- 7시 10분. 웃긴게 6시 30분에 일어났따가, 꼭 7시 10분에 깨려고 다시 자요. ;;

12. 가장 빨리 일어나는 가족은?
- 나 -_-

13. 가장 늦게 일어나는 가족은?
- 동생 or 엄마

14. 꿈속에 꼭 나왔으면 하는 사람
- 사람은 됐고 고양이나 개들이 많이 나왔으면 좋겠어요. 물론 좋은 내용으로. -.-
- 애니메이션 꿈도 대환영임

15. 바톤 넘길 분 5명?
- 흠... 요건 그냥 패스 ㅜ.ㅜ

      고등학교 때부터 귀마개 끼고 다녔으니까, 횟수로만 근 6년정도? -_-; 지금은 시끄러워서 한다기 보다는 버릇이라고 할 수 있지. 귀마개 안하면 귀가 허전한 것이 잠이 안 오는 것 같거든. -0-
